Michael Dallal represents clients in all manner of proceedings – from business negotiations and contract drafting to litigation. He regularly counsels clients regarding legal and commercial strategies. While his experience spans several fields of law, he has worked primarily in the areas of commercial transactions, employment agreements and disputes, and real property sales and litigation.
Mr. Dallal received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Hofstra University and his master’s degree from The Cooper Union. He then attended the Fordham University School of Law, where he was an editor for the Fordham Urban Law Journal. As an attorney, Mr. Dallal has published articles with the American Bar Association and LexisNexis and has spoken before ABA committees. He has been an active member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association and has been honored for his continued public service work.
Mr. Dallal is admitted to practice in New York state courts, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
