Rayne is a litigation attorney who practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and landlord-tenant matters.
In the past, Rayne was an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College – Continuing Education, instructing students earning a Paralegal Certificate in litigation skills.
Rayne regularly develops long-standing relationships with her clients, many of which have followed her from other firms and sought her services on other matters, and has appeared in the trial courts of New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and Albany Counties.
Rayne is also the producer of Silent Voices (1998), a documentary film detailing the psychological effects of family violence, and served as a Board Member of the North Hempstead Task Force for the Prevention of Family Violence (1998-2001).
Rayne is a graduate of Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was regularly and consecutively named to the Dean’s List, and is an alumna of New York University.
