Brian specializes in real estate, probate, wills, trusts and estates law. He has spoken at seminars on estate planning, probate and estate administration. He counsels clients on legal, financial and practical issues that arise in their daily activities. His background has given him a unique perspective on the problems faced by his clients which he uses to vigorously represent them.
Brian has over 25 years of experience practicing law and is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. He started his own practice because he is very passionate about his work, his employees, and his clients.
He is an active member of the New York Bar Association and serves as a member of the Real Estate Law section and Trust & Estates Law section. In his free time, Mr. Zimmet participates in a number of organizations that focus on advancing American foreign and domestic interests including the National Committee on American Foreign Policy, the Washington Institute of Near East Policy, the Israel Policy Forum and the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste.
Brian graduated magna cum laude, from Touro Law School in 1992 and is an alumnus of Syracuse University. At Touro, he was an editor of the Moot Court and recipient of the John S. Bainbridge award for excellence in advocacy. While in law school, he served as a law school judicial clerk for the Honorable Vincent R. Balletta of the Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
