Professional Background

Jurianne Franqui brings both depth and compassion to her work in trusts and estates. She has served as Principal Attorney of her own firm in Hauppauge, NY, where she guided clients through estate planning, drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, and marital agreements. She also represented clients in complex Surrogate’s Court matters, including probate administration and Notice of Election cases, focusing on precise legal analysis and client-centered solutions.

Her earlier tenure as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County equipped her with strong litigation and courtroom skills—she managed a substantial caseload, led jury trials, conducted suppression hearings, and drafted critical legal motions as well as search warrants applications.

Outside the courtroom, Jurianne has demonstrated her leadership abilities by holding the roles of Vice President and Mentor Coordinator for her chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), where she supports professional development and networking initiatives.
