Prior to joining Zimmet Law Group, Margaret founded a legal clinic at Western New York Independent Living, Inc., dedicated to representing clients with disabilities in eviction proceedings. She also conducted educational sessions on tenant rights and fair housing and employment laws, enhancing consumer knowledge and empowerment.

Additionally, Margaret’s tenure as a housing attorney at CAMBA Legal Services in Richmond County Courthouse included participation in the Right to Counsel program.
