Michelle has particular experience in real estate transactions, condo offering plans, immigration, corporate and business transactions, housing courts, as well as commercial and matrimonial litigations, focusing on heavy motion practices.  However, her experience extends to other areas of practice having worked for full-service firms in both New York City and China. Michelle has also done pro-bono work for the AILA Military Assistance Program (MAP), providing assistance to active-duty service members in immigration related matters.

Michelle is an active member of the New York City Bar Association and has been admitted to practice law in the state of New York since 2012. As someone who values quality customer service, she is careful to make herself accessible and understand client needs to better tailor her service.


Michelle graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from Yunnan University Law School (2009) while serving as the Vice Chair of the Law School Student Association.  She went on to earn her Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Wisconsin Law School (2010) while under a Law School Scholarship.
